You should not use Granisetron (Granisetron Hydrochloride) if you have had an allergic reaction to granisetron.

How to Use Granisetron (Granisetron Hydrochloride):
Tablet, Solution

Your doctor will tell you how much of Granisetron (Granisetron Hydrochloride) to use and how often. Do not use more medicine or use it more often than your doctor tells you to. You will take Granisetron (Granisetron Hydrochloride) only on the days you have your cancer treatment.
Measure the oral liquid medicine with a marked measuring spoon, oral syringe, or medicine cup.
