You should not use Gonal F Pen Cartidge Injection 450IU if you have had an allergic reaction to other hormonal infertility treatments. You might not be able to use Gonal F Pen Cartidge Injection 450IU if you have thyroid problems, adrenal gland problems, or certain types of tumors. Women should not use Gonal F Pen Cartidge Injection 450IU if they have any unusual vaginal bleeding, have had any unusual growth in the ovaries, or if they are pregnant or breast feeding.
