Ordering discount prescription drugs from Canada is fast, easy, and secure from Jan Drugs online Canadian Pharmacy. Here's what some of our customers have to say about us:

"I pretty much do everything online, but Jan Drugs orders are even easier by phone! You place the call, they look you up in their system, order your meds, give you the order number and you're done. It's soooooo simple. They are shipped right away and it is so much less expensive that anywhere else here in Houston. Thanks, Jan Drugs reps." - B.G. Texas

"Always helpful and always there for me...I love this company/service, and tell all my friends, acquaintances and family to try JANDRUGS! I'll even do an ad! My three brothers are doctors, dad a doc, mom a nurse, and sis is the First Lady (her hubby, the governor) of the Virgin Islands! Can you get your product into the American Virgin Islands? We'll see!" - L.F. California

"Wow, I reduced the price on my prescription drugs by 80% compared to USA Sam's pharmacy (lowest price in...,OH) Delivery was within the time frame they stated and was accurate. I am impressed that a pharmascist phoned me after I placed my first order to answer questions and medical history review. I can email or phone the pharmacist with questions anytime. I have gotten great service and a huge cost savings." - A.M. Ohio

Be advised that, given the international nature of the practice of International Prescription Service (IPS) pharmacy, there may be limitations in the ability of the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association (MPhA), which is the statutory licensing authority for pharmacies and pharmacists in the Province of Manitoba, to investigate and prosecute complaints from persons who receive services or products from an IPS pharmacy. Manitoba pharmacists are not permitted to fill US physicians' prescriptions. They can only fill prescriptions issued by a physician licensed in a province or territory of Canada. MPhA takes the position that it may be contrary to professional standards for a pharmacist to fill prescriptions by a physician, licensed in a province or territory of Canada, who has not established an acceptable patient-physician relationship with you.

The FDA, due to the current state of their regulations, has taken the position that virtually all shipments of prescription drugs and certain other products imported from a Canadian or other foreign dispensary by a U.S. consumer will violate the law. Many legal experts, however, disagree with this position. These legal experts have observed that such importation is permitted under federal law as practiced. The FDA itself provides guidance to the public on how to accomplish such importation and no individual has ever been prosecuted by the FDA for importing non-controlled prescription drugs for personal use from a certified member of the Canadian International Pharmacy Association.
